Dugan ended his popular firearms YouTube channel, Carnik Con, in March 2015. Since then people have been wondering if he is going to start up Carnik Con again, or if it is done for good. I decided to ask him myself.
In this podcast interview Dugan talks how he got into guns, his time in the Army, Carnik Con, SEO and video work, and his plans for SHOT Show 2016. I would like to thank Dugan for taking the time to do the interview and for his service in the United States Army.

I can see how Dugan felt Youtube was high turnover, the pressure of viewers wanting more and more, but I’d be happy with at least one video just popping up whenever. Quality over quantity and they are quality, utterly hilarious, and unique. I personally would have liked to hear more about his time in the military as my understanding was that he went to Iraq and dealt with weapons disposal among other things. Besides the Carnik Con channel, he’s also a painter, some of which we got to see on IG. Additionally, Dugan is also dealing with health issues and would want to hear more on that. It’s personal, but there’s a large fanbase that does care about him. Thank you for the interview.
For sure. I wasn’t sure if his time in the Army was a touchy subject for him, so I left it at two questions and let him respond. And of course we all want to ask him a question or two about Carnik Con controversies, I just felt that the time wasn’t right. Maybe he would have answered them, I don’t know. As for his health I felt that it may be a personal issue for him. Thanks, Rob!
Is that true than Dugan develloped some kind of disease or something ? Because this is written on wikipedia
